Refund policy
1. Return and Exchange Conditions We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 2. Return process

Please submit a return application through our customer service platform. You need to provide the order number, product information and reason for return. We will process your application and provide a return address within 48 hours.
Step 2: Return review
We will review the returned product to ensure compliance with the return policy. If the review is passed, we will provide you with return confirmation information.
Step 3: Return mailing
Please send the product back to the designated address. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. It is recommended to use a trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of the package.
Step 4: Refund or exchange
Once we receive the returned product and pass the quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method and usually take 7 to 10 working days to complete.
3. Exchange process If you choose to exchange, please provide the model or size of the new item when returning. The exchanged item will be sent out after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the exchange conditions.
